The Hurley Group is an NHS organisation that runs a number of practices and urgent care centres across London. We have been providing patient-centred care since 1969, working within some of the UK’s most deprived communities.

 

Due to a growing list registered list size and busy co-located Walk-in Centre we are looking to recruit GPs for this Kings Park Surgery and Harold Wood Walk-in centre in Havering. Both lead GP and salaried GP sessions are available – full time or part time/job share considered.

The Kings Park practice is an accredited and active GP training practice and the busy Walk-in Centre currently sees approximately 40,000 patients a year.   Both services are well established, with a strong multi-disciplinary practice team who are hugely supportive of each other and dedicated to delivering the best possible care for our patients.

 

Your professional development is paramount and you will be supported to attend all mandatory training and additional training to gain further skills and experience. There are also opportunities if you wish to train as GP trainers, educational supervisors or FY2 trainers. You will be a valued member of the whole team, encouraged to attend clinical meetings, contribute and be integral in decision making that influences the patient journey and services provided at the site.

Due to a growing list size and cover for maternity leave we are looking to recruit GPs for the Liberty Bridge Road Practice in Newham – both Lead GP and salaried GP sessions are available. Full-time or part-time/ job share considered.

The Liberty Bridge Road Practice opened in 2014.  It is located within the ‘flagship’ Sir Ludwig Guttmann Health and Wellbeing Centre, developed specifically for East London residents.

 

The Centre was originally used for athletes and visitors during the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games. Now it has been transformed to become home for the Practice, East Village Community and secondary care services, such as Homerton Hospital, Moorfields Eye Hospital and Barts Dental Hospital.

 

A large training practice, currently almost 10 thousand patients, we accept registrations from patients across Newham. Being part of the Hurley Group gives our patients certain privileges such as online consultations, a clinical governance team ensuring high clinical standards are met and an organisational structure ensuring accountability and maintenance of high standards of customer care.
