Having previously had a career in the Creative/Performing Arts, and completed a Masters Degree at Goldsmith’s, Pam began her career in the NHS in 2001. She did this while still at University doing a post-graduate Research Degree in Methods of Creativity and their application in performance and non-performance related settings. She was able to combine IT Networking within a role of an Assistant Practice Manager in the same year. She moved on to full time practice management in 2006 and then Business and Strategic management in 2007 at other Practices. As part of her continuing professional development, Pam is a Senior Graduate of the Landmark Worldwide Education Programme, and has chosen to focus on leadership and mentoring. Pam is also a fully qualified Prince2 trained Project Management Practitioner. She is committed to working in a strategic management setting that combines IT and digital transformation, with creative ways of thinking within the Health sector. She has been employed in a Senior role within the Group since 2014 and now has senior managerial responsibility for practices in Lambeth, and strategic responsibility across the group for issues that include IT and GDPR.
